Eville: Code of Conduct

Here in Eville, we have some ground rules to allow for the best experience to be had by all players. While the game of Eville is about trust, deceit and chaos, there are policies in place to make sure it is a safe & positive experience for all. All players are required to abide by this Code of Conduct at all times while in the game of Eville or any Eville-related spaces/platforms (Discord, Forums, etc.). If a user is found to be in breach of the Code of Conduct, they may be subject to warnings, suspensions or even a permanent ban from Eville services.

Values

Eville is a game for all players to enjoy. A game for all to be their authentic self, have a good experience & create lasting memories with friends & other villagers they may meet. Remember to treat all players the way you’d wish to be treated – free from bullying, hatred, & harassment.

Basic Reminders

* Bullying & prejudice of any kind is not tolerated in our spaces.
* Cheating of any kind (including using 3rd party services to gain an advantage in game) is not allowed.
* Don’t be a troll or instigator of trolling behaviors.
* Expect lying & deceit, but malicious or abusive behavior is not allowed.
* Be respectful to all whether you win or lose.
* Respect the staff, moderation team and fellow players.
* Don’t leave games or AFK during a game.

How to Report

If you unfortunately come across any players violating the Code of Conduct in Eville or Eville-related spaces please use the in-game reporting option, contact the Moderation Team via Mod Mail in the Eville Discord Server, email our Community Staff & Moderation Team at evillesupport@versusevil.com. There is a reporting option within the game where you can adjust individual players’ microphone volumes. You can also mute and block players who are bothering you in that same screen. It is your responsibility to block players that you do not wish to play with again. Be aware that abusing the reporting system (filing false reports, spamming reports, etc.) may result in expulsion from the reporting feature.
