Seasons Greetings, dear passengers! 🎄🔥
First off – everyone at Invisible Walls & Versus Evil wants to thank the entire First Class Trouble community, the Heralds, and moderation team for joining us on the ISS Alithea this year. We are incredibly grateful to have such a passionate and endearing player base. We truly hope you have enjoyed everything we have brought to the game since it’s Early Access release back in April of 2021.
With 2022 right around the corner, we thought what better time to reflect back on First Class Trouble’s first eight months together. All aboard!
First Class Trouble
Celebrating All First Class Things in 2021!
It was an extremely exciting & proud moment for us to launch into 1.0 in November of 2021. We appreciate your patience & understanding through all the bumps as the Alithea was pelted with asteroids out of our control… A major highlight for us was getting to show off the ISS Alithea from space (asteroids [bugs] included)!
As First Class Trouble is a party game of trust & deceit (where cocktails last longer than friendships), we are all reminiscing about our favorite chaotic moments with our fellow passengers. First Class Passenger Naemuti sinisterly told us the tale of a devious plot where they were hiding on top of a platform in the back of Personoid Quarters with a syringe & “dive bomb murdered some poor sucker” who had no idea they were up there. Everyone can enjoy an iconic takedown as such. Naemulti notes, “I can say I’ve made a lot of genuine friendships here.”
We owe so much gratitude to our resilient and outstanding Mod team. They have truly helped us create & maintain a classy environment for our passengers while being absolute community champions. First Class Passengers & moderators, Merz & Savitar, share with us their heart-warming experiences being a part of this journey.
“I think the best thing about this year was solo-queueing & meeting my best friends & goofing off with them. I met so many new and interesting people every time I would solo-queue. Then when running into old faces when the community was small, it felt like an incubator for our tight knit community we have now. It’s such a special thing & I will always attribute FCT for bringing us the space to meet, grow & learn together. And now that the game is even bigger, better and more popular, meeting new PS players that are chill and seeing how the FCT Twitch community supports each other as it should.”
– Merz, FCT Moderator & First Class Passenger
“It’s been a wild ride. I’ve made permanent and long lasting friendships from this lovely game and community. To all of my friends; thank you for letting me be the most mischievous, two-faced liar I could be and still accepting me and my Personoid antics. To the staff on the moderator team and the development team, thank you for being wonderful people to be around & for genuinely making it enjoyable to be in a position where most of what you see can be dark and gloomy. To the entire community, thank you for being classy, and making all the sleepless nights & countless hours of effort worth it in the end. It’s not about the game, it’s about all of you, who enjoy the game, that make First Class Trouble what it is, and I couldn’t be happier to have joined this community in what feels like a lifetime ago.”
– Savitar, FCT Moderator & First Class Passenger
This year we were so fortunate to have Versus Evil’s very own in-house influencer program, The Heralds, take such a special interest in First Class Trouble. These passionate content creators shared FCT with their communities & showed off the ISS Alithea experience in such a memorable way. Twitch Partner & Herald Rat_Emoji is an iconic master of deceit & their community has had an absolute blast with First Class Trouble.
“First Class Trouble is a joy to stream, play and watch. Even in Early Access, this game proved its place as a contender in the social deception genre. Now in full release, First Class Trouble continues to deliver exceptional gameplay, regular updates and a passionate community. It’s been a pleasure to watch this game grow, I can’t wait to see what is next for First Class Trouble.”
– Rat_Emoji, Herald.
I’ll be honest, before community managing for First Class Trouble, I wasn’t the biggest fan of social deduction games, but the spirit that this game & community have is completely captivating. It has been an honor to watch the dedicated community grow from Early Access to the 1.0 release. There are so many community champions that are so welcoming, friendly and just geeked about the game and sharing it with others. This community is truly something special and I appreciate everyone’s dedication to make the game, experience and community the best it can be.
With the help of the community’s feedback, the Invisible Walls team was able to bring so many updates, features, quality-of-life improvements and straight up fun & chaos into the game this year. It has been a blast unveiling the Ski Resort map & seeing everyone’s reaction to it. It is something special to watch ideas come to life and have players’ impact be so present in the game. This year we really wanted to push supporting not only our players, but the FCT Twitch community as well. We hope you have enjoyed the Twitch Drops and the stellar entertainment.
We look forward to ringing in the new year with all Alithean Residents & Personoids alike! Happy Holidays & watch out for the mistletoe by the airlock 👀😉
